  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and roast them.
