- 1 Heart Romaine Lettuce
- 2 Cups Bread Croutons
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
Step By Step Instructions for Caesar Salad Recipe
Grind Garlic cloves in a grinder or food processor.
Add Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice and Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Also add grated Parmesan Cheese along with Salt & Pepper.
Mix everything well in the food processor to make a smooth paste.
