- 2 Cups Green Cabbage (Patta Gobi) shredded
- 1 Cup Red Cabbage shredded
- 1 Cup Broccoli Florets cut into small pieces
- 1/2 Cup Carrot (Gajar) shredded
- 1/4 Cup Onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 Cup Golden Raisins (Kishmish)
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch)
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
Step By Step Instructions for Vegetable Slaw Recipe | Broccoli, Carrot & Cabbage Slaw
- Thinly shred or grate white & red cabbage.2 Cups Green Cabbage (Patta Gobi), 1 Cup Red Cabbage
- Cut broccoli into small florets.1 Cup Broccoli Florets
- Peel and grate the carrots and thinly slice the onions.1/2 Cup Carrot (Gajar), 1/4 Cup Onion
- In a bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar and dijon mustard.1/4 Cup Mayonnaise, 1 Tablespoon Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- Also add sugar, crushed black pepper and salt and mix well to make the dressing.1 Teaspoon Sugar, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch), 1 Teaspoon Salt
- Add the shredded vegetables & raisins to the mixing bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
