Heat oil in a pan, then add minced garlic and finely chopped onions. Saute on medium-high heat for a couple of minutes.

Then add in chopped tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes.

Also add finely chopped bell peppers to the pan.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala and salt to the vegetables.

Put some schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and soy sauce in the mixture.
1 Tablespoon Schezwan Sauce, 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup, 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
Add diced paneer to the pan and mix well.

Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes till the paneer is soft. Then set the filling aside.
