  • 2 Thai Green Chillies
  • 3-4 Cloves of Garlic
  • ~1 Inch Piece of Ginger
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Vegan Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt, or according to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

  • Heat some oil in a large wok and add paste of ginger, garlic and green chillies to it. Fry till the garlic just starts turning golden brown.
