  • 2 Cup Plain Curd (Yogurt)
  • 1/2 Cup Kakdi (Armenian Cucumber) chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot (Gajar) grated
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder (Bhuna Jeera Powder)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt or to taste

  • Whisk curd with 1/2 a cup of water to get the desired consistency. Add shredded carrot and shredded or finely chopped kakdi or kheera (cucumber).
    2 Cup Plain Curd (Yogurt), 1/2 Cup Carrot (Gajar), 1/2 Cup Kakdi (Armenian Cucumber)

  • Add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and serve the raita chilled.
