  • 2 Cup Plain Curd (Yogurt)
  • 3/4 Cup Plain Salted Boondi
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder (Bhuna Jeera Powder)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Mint Powder (Pudina)

  • Take curd in a bowl and add around 1/2-1 cup of water in small increments.

  • Beat the curd and water into a smooth mixture to get the desired consistency.

  • Now salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, bhuna jeera (roasted cumin powder) and dry mint powder (pudina). Optionally, you can also add some sugar if you prefer a sweet and spicy taste.
