Thinly shred or grate white & red cabbage.
2 Cups Green Cabbage (Patta Gobi), 1 Cup Red Cabbage
Cut broccoli into small florets.
1 Cup Broccoli Florets
Peel and grate the carrots and thinly slice the onions.
1/2 Cup Carrot (Gajar), 1/4 Cup Onion
In a bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar and dijon mustard.
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise, 1 Tablespoon Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
Also add sugar, crushed black pepper and salt and mix well to make the dressing.
1 Teaspoon Sugar, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch), 1 Teaspoon Salt
Add the shredded vegetables & raisins to the mixing bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
Sprinkle some more raisins for garnish and serve at room temperature.
