Take hung curd or greek yogurt in a mixing bowl. Beat it slightly to remove lumps.
1 Cup Hung Curd (Strained yogurt / Greek yogurt)
Add finely chopped onions, carrots, bell peppers and boiled sweet corn kernels to the mixing bowl. You can add any veggies of your choice.
1/4 Cup Onions, 1/4 Cup Carrots (Gajar), 1/4 Cup Green Capsicum (Bell Pepper / Shimla Mirch), 1/4 Cup Corn Kernels
Then season with black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, oregano and salt.
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch), 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Red Chilli Flakes, 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano, 1 Teaspoon Salt
Mix all the ingredients together to combine with the yogurt.
Spread some butter on the bread slices. Then place a large spoonful of the filling on one slice and cover with the other.
8 Slices Bread, 1 Tablespoon Butter
Toast the sandwich with some butter on a pan on medium hot heat.
Flip and cook the other side till the sandwich is brown and crispy.
Yogurt sandwich is ready. Serve it warm for breakfast or for snacks.
