1Avocado
1Tomato

Step By Step Instructions for Cottage Cheese Avocado Tomato Toast Recipe
Toast the bread slices. I have used sourdough bread, but you can use any bread of your liking, preferably something thick and crusty. You can also skip toasting the bread if you like.
4 Slices Sourdough bread
Spread a generous amount of cottage cheese on the bread. I have used fat free cottage cheese here, but you can use full fat or 2% as per your liking. You can also use paneer or any other kind of spreadable cheese here. If you like you can mix a little bit of salt and pepper with the cottage cheese.
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
Slice the avocado and tomato into slices. Arrange them alternately on the toast, or on top of each other. You can also chop both the avocados and tomatoes in large pieces and place on the toast. Or you can mash the avocado and spread it on top of the cheese, then place the tomatoes on top.
1 Avocado, 1 Tomato
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the cottage cheese toast.
1/2 Teaspoon Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch)
Drizzle some balsamic glaze on top. You can use balsamic vinegar if you don't have or just skip.
