Take 2 tbsp milk in a bowl and add 4-5 strands of saffron in it. Let it soak in it for 5-6 mins.
5-6 Saffron Strands (Kesar)
Beat the hung curd in a bowl and add sugar in it.
3 Cups Hung Curd (Strained yogurt / Greek yogurt), 1/4 Cup Sugar
Add plain milk & cream and mix well.
1/2 Cup Milk, 1 Cup Cream
Now add the saffron strands along with the milk they were soaked in.
Add any fruits of your choice like bananas, grapes, apples etc.
1/3 Cup Apples, 1/3 Cup Bananas, 1/3 Cup Grapes
You can also add finely cut dry fruits like cashews and almonds.
Use saffron strands to garnish. Serve chilled.
