Ingredients For Fruit Cream Recipe
 

  • 3 Cups Hung Curd (Strained yogurt / Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 5-6 Saffron Strands (Kesar)
  • 1/3 Cup Apples chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Bananas chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Grapes

Step By Step Instructions for Fruit Cream Recipe
 

  1. Take 2 tbsp milk in a bowl and add 4-5 strands of saffron in it. Let it soak in it for 5-6 mins.

  2. Beat the hung curd in a bowl and add sugar in it.
    3 Cups Hung Curd (Strained yogurt / Greek yogurt), 1/4 Cup Sugar
  3. Add plain milk & cream and mix well.
    1/2 Cup Milk, 1 Cup Cream
  4. Now add the saffron strands along with the milk they were soaked in.
  5. Add any fruits of your choice like bananas, grapes, apples etc.
    1/3 Cup Apples, 1/3 Cup Bananas, 1/3 Cup Grapes
  6. You can also add finely cut dry fruits like cashews and almonds.
  7. Use saffron strands to garnish. Serve chilled.
