In a jar or bowl, add the rolled oats as the base of your overnight oats.
Pour in the milk, Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
Mix in the chia seeds, cinnamon powder, salt, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
Stir everything well, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed, then cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Remove from the fridge and give the oats a good stir to redistribute the ingredients.
Add a splash of milk if needed to loosen up the texture.
