Wash, core and dice the apples into small cubes.

Wash and dice the pears into cubes as well.

Peel and chop the bananas.

Wash the grapes and remove them from stems.

Add all the fruits to a large mixing bowl.
Optionally, add some finely chopped mint leaves to the fruits.
1/4 Cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
Then add kala namak (rock salt), kali mirch (black pepper powder), chaat msala and bhuna jeera (roasted cumin powder). Also sprinkle some lemon juice.
1/2 Teaspoon Rock Salt (Kala Namak), 1/2 Teaspoon Black Peppercorn (Sabut Kali Mirch), 3/4 Teaspoon Chaat Masala, 3/4 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder (Bhuna Jeera Powder), 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Toss to mix all the ingredients together.
Fruit Chaat is ready. Refrigerate for 10 mins and serve it chilled.
