Step By Step Instructions for Simple Paneer Onion Tomato Sandwich Recipe
Take some grated or crumbled paneer in a mixing bowl.
1 Cup Paneer
Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes to the paneer.
1/2 Cup Onions, 1/2 Cup Tomatoes
Then add salt, black pepper powder and chaat masala to the mixture.
1/2 Teaspoon Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
Also add some finely chopped coriander leaves.
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
Mix all the ingredients together.
Spread a few spoonfuls of the mixture on a slice of bread evenly. Cover it with the second slice and press together lightly. Make all the sandwiches this way.

Then brush the outside of the paneer sandwich with some butter and toast it on a pan in a sandwich maker.
2 Teaspoons Butter
Toast till both the sides of the sandwich are golden brown and crispy.
Simple paneer sandwich with onions and tomatoes is ready. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
