Finely chop the onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves and green chilli.
1 Small Onion, 2 Medium Sized Tomatoes, 1 Medium Sized Cucumber (Kheera), 1 Cup Coriander Leaves (Cilantro or Dhaniya), 1 Green Chilli
Add lemon juice, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt.
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice, 1/4 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Rock Salt (Kala Namak), 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch)
You can add a small amount of chaat masala and roasted cumin powder if you want.
1/4 Teaspoon Chaat Masala, 1/4 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder (Bhuna Jeera Powder)
Mix all the ingredients well and serve chilled.
