Ingredients For Kachumber Salad Recipe
- 1 Small Onion
- 2 Medium Sized Tomatoes
- 1 Medium Sized Cucumber
- 1 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1/4 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder (Bhuna Jeera)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt or Rock Salt (Kala Namak)
Step By Step Instructions for Kachumber Salad Recipe
Finely chop the onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves and green chilli.
Add lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder.
You can add a small amount of chaat masala and roasted cumin powder if you want.
You can also substitute Salt with Rock Salt (Kala Namak) or use both of them.
Mix all the ingredients well and serve chilled.
