3Avocados
1/4CupMaida (Plain Flour)

Step By Step Instructions for Avocado Fries Recipe | Air Fryer or Oven
Combine all purpose flour, garlic powder, pepper & salt in a mixing bowl for the first coating.
1/4 Cup Maida (Plain Flour), 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch), 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Take some milk in a second bowl to make the wet coating for the dipping the avocados.

In a third plate or bowl, add panko or breadcrumbs. Optionally, you can also season the breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit and skin. Choose firm but ripe avocados for best results.

Slice them into equal slices roughly 1/2 inch in thickness.
Coat the avocado slices in the first coating of flour on all sides.
Dip the flour coated avocados in milk.
Cover the avocado in breadcrumbs completely. Gently press and then tap away the excess.
For air fryer - Place the coated avocados in an air fryer basket and spray with a little bit of oil. Air fry at 390℉ (200℃) for 10 minutes, turning them around halfway.For baking - Place the avocado fries on a lined baking sheet and brush a little oil to prevent sticking. Bake at 400℉ (200℃) in the oven for 15-20 minutes.Deep frying - Fry in medium hot oil (350℉ or 175℃) for 2-3 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
2 Teaspoon Cooking Oil
Take out the avocados when the coating is crispy and golden brown. Immediately toss in some salt and pepper. You can also add some chaat masala for an Indian twist.
Avocado fries are ready. Garnish with parmesan cheese or chopped fresh herbs, and serve hot with a dip of your choice.
