  • 8 Slices Bread sourdough, or any bread you like
  • 2 Potato medium sized, boiled, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Green Capsicum (Bell Pepper / Shimla Mirch) finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Rock Salt (Kala Namak)
  • 4 Tablespoon Green Mint Coriander Chutney
  • 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala for the potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter for toasting

Step By Step Instructions for Grilled Potato Chutney Sandwich Recipe
 

  1. Finely chop the green capsicum and green chillies and add them to a mixing bowl.

  2. Add the grated mozzarella cheese to the chopped capsicum.

  4. Mix everything together well.

  5. Spread the green chutney generously over a slice of bread.
