  • 100 gm Spinach Leaves (Palak)
  • 200 gm Paneer
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 Medium Sized Tomato
  • 1-2 Green Chillies
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • ~1 Inch Piece of Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Cooking Oil

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds (jeera) in it. Roast the cumin seeds for a few seconds.

  2. When the cumin seeds start crackling, add some finely chopped onions, finely chopped green chillies, minced ginger & garlic.

  3. Fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat till the onions turn golden brown.

  4. Add finely chopped tomatoes to the pan.

  5. Stir occasionally and cook for 4-5 minutes till the tomatoes become soft.

  6. Add turmeric powder (haldi), red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to the pan.

  7. Stir to mix and roast the spices for a couple of minutes.
