Ingredients For Chatpati Maggi Noodles Recipe
- 3 Maggi Packets
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, or to Taste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil

Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions to it. Sauté till they turn golden brown or translucent.
Then add finely chopped tomatoes.
When the tomatoes are cooked, add salt, red chilly powder, chaat masala and Maggi masala powder.
Add 2 cups of water and add the Maggi noodles.
Stir occasionally till the noodles are cooked and the water has dried out.
Masala Maggi is ready. Serve it hot. Optionally you can sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice.
