Ingredients For Chatpati Maggi Noodles Recipe

  • 3 Maggi Packets
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, or to Taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil

Step By Step Instructions With Photos For Chatpati Maggi Noodles Recipe

  • Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions to it. Sauté till they turn golden brown or translucent.

  • Then add finely chopped tomatoes.

  • When the tomatoes are cooked, add salt, red chilly powder, chaat masala and Maggi masala powder.

  • Add 2 cups of water and add the Maggi noodles.

  • Stir occasionally till the noodles are cooked and the water has dried out.

  • Masala Maggi is ready. Serve it hot. Optionally you can sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice.
